To help clients with this part of their year, we’ve introduced product enhancements around hiring speed and recruiter efficiency. The high-volume challenge, of course, is engaging and screening larger portions of your applicant pool and delivering a hiring experience at scale that will keep candidates engaged.

Enhancements to our AI-enabled interviewing platform will help increase hiring speed and recruiter efficiency:

  •       Upload multiple candidates at once: The “add candidate to a job via upload “ option helps recruiters load multiple candidates into Montage at the same time. Recruiters also save time with the new “advance” feature which automatically moves multiple candidates to the next interview stage.
  •       Connect candidates and hiring managers quicker: Recruiters can reduce the time it takes to coordinate hiring manager interviews. Montage allows hiring managers to share their calendar and show recurring availability to recruiters.
