So there I was, a passive candidate with an HR career built in the software space, when I came across a posting for HR Manager at Montage. They asked me to do a pre-recorded video interview, and that spurred an invitation to a live video interview with the hiring team. Fortunately, Montage extended a job offer, and I’m now “All Things HR” in this maturing technology company. I’m back to my usual side of the hiring equation, and I can’t remember how I ever did my job without video interviewing.
